This 1600 square foot home sleeps 6 and includes 2 ½ baths, a well-equipped kitchen, and open living room – dining room with a fireplace. The downstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a separate sauna. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king bed, pull-out sofa, electric fireplace, and attached bathroom. Washer – dryer in ½ bath.
The home has a patio, grill, and a large flat lawn for entertaining and activities. Situated in a beautiful setting with views of the surrounding mountains and parking for 2 vehicles!
Also a great spot to work remotely for a month! Includes WIFI and cable TV.

Up the hill from Cascade Village, which includes Grand Hyatt Hotel and Chair 20. A ten minute walk takes you to uncrowded four seat chair and access to entire Vail Mountain.
A thirty minute drive from Vail – Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) or two hour drive from Denver International Airport (DEN).
PARKING & LIVING DETAILS

One space in the garage as well as additional parking for one car in snow melted driveway.
WIFI Internet and cable TV are supplied. An inventory of bathroom and laundry supplies will be available. Cleaning service will be supplied after two weeks.
Dogs or cats are acceptable.
CLOSE TO STORES & SHOPS
West Vail is 1½ miles away with groceries, liquor stores and post office.
Vail Village is two miles away with free bus or shuttle service.
Lionshead Village is one mile away with free bus or shuttle service.
Rental Terms:
- ARRIVAL: We will always have an off-site manager available for arrival, questions or problems of any kind. Check-in time is anytime after noon on arrival date.
- A contract will be required.
- PAYMENT: We require 50% of the rental contract be paid upon signature, and the other 50% of contract + a security deposit of $3,000 to be collected sixty days prior to arrival.
- CANCELLATION: Cancellation sixty days or more prior the arrival date(greater than 60 days); all rental money received will be returned. If canceled inside of sixty days of arrival date(less than 60 days), a cancellation fee of 25% of original contract amount will be withheld unless a new rental contract is secured for that same timeframe by another party. If your canceled date does re-rent out, the full amount that has been paid will be returned to you with no penalty. If you desire to book a different date with us, please contact us directly to work out an arrangement.
- DEPARTURE: Check-out is by 11:00am on departure date unless other arrangements have been made. Security deposit will be returned within ten days after departure.
